Our knowledge of the building components and constructability allows PK Architects to offer a unique service rarely seen in the industry today.
About Us
PK Architects was established in the 2000 by Jeff Pawlowski and Scott Kuitunen. Together they have more than 70 years of experience in commercial and residential projects. PK Architects’ expertise been accumulated through the successful completion of over 125 hotel projects. The firm, which is in Tempe, AZ, provides full architectural services to many western states. PK Architects has been approved to provide Architectural services by most major franchises; including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Our staff of employees is service-oriented and dedicated to the individual client.
Jeff Pawlowski
Owner / Architect
Jeff Pawlowski was born in Los Angeles and raised in Huntington Beach, California. He is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Mr. Pawlowski has over 40 years of architectural experience in a wide variety of building types. They include; Multi-Family, Custom Residential, Warehouse, Research and Design, Office, Convenience Markets, and Hotels. His experience includes working in most of the western states. His area of expertise includes site planning, design, and value engineering and construction administration.
Scott Kuitunen
Owner / Architect
Scott Kuitunen was born in Minnesota and grew up in Arizona where he attended college for four years.
Mr. Kuitunen is an Architect licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Nebraska and Wisconsin. He has over 30 years of architectural experience on a variety of building types including a variety of hospitality projects and multi-family/condominium projects. He began his career working for architectural firms specializing in Multi-Family, Condominium and Hospitality Projects, before going on to establish PK Architects with Jeff Pawlowski.
Jeff Pawlowski
